What do I need?
You will need one form of photo identification. The most common types are:
- A valid Passport.
- A valid UK or EEA Driving Licence.
How does the process work?
We use a secure, third-party verification system called Stripe Identity.
- You'll receive a secure link: When you get to the ID verification stage in our platform, you'll be prompted to start the process.
- Take a photo of your ID: Using your phone or webcam, you'll be asked to take a clear photo of your identification document.
- Take a selfie: You'll then be asked to take a selfie. Stripe's technology compares your selfie with the photo on your ID to confirm they match.
The whole process only takes a couple of minutes. All data is fully encrypted and handled with the highest level of security. Once verified, you won't need to do it again.
